I would like to add a Facebook badge to my blog. Just like the little twitter feed but connect to my Facebook page. Facebook generates them and tells me the following, overly large code should do the trick. It doesn't appear to be that simple. Can anyone shed some light or am I trying to do something that's not compatible?

That's HTML code, which we don't allow directly on our blogs for various reasons (security being most important amongst them).
However the code does contain the information you need to make it work. So go to the "manage" section of your blog, click the manage "tab" with the little down arrow next to it, and click on "links". On that page, "Add a new link", and fill in for the link: https://www.facebook.com/TheTipsyGipsy, and fill in for the image: https://badge.facebook.com/badge/154752387998407.584.1861459659.png, and the title can be anything ("Visit me on Facebook" or something like that.)

James if you click the settings wheel on your own Facebook there is a create a badge option which you can edit and set to your liking, it then creates it for you and gives you a code.
You need to find the url to that badge.
I think Sander is a better help there, apart from right click 'save image url' i'm not sure of the best way?
