I will hopefully be heading to Tomorrowland in July also (tickets dependant). Im from the UK though, so travel for me should be pretty straight forward (about a 5 hour drive).
A note on the Football (Soccer), the season finishes at the end of May and doesnt restart till mid August (this is true for almost all European football).
There is/will be some pre-season tournaments planned though. Ajax (Amsterdam) host a 4 team tournament and so do Arsenal (London). Not sure the dates have been confirmed yet, but would be round about the time of your stay. Tickets would be fairly inexpensive and travel to London and Amsterdam is easy enough from Tomorrowland.
