I am planning to visit Ladakh in June. Is it a good time to visit? What would be the total cost for 3 days and 2 nights for 1 person? I want to know about transport costs within Leh and good budget accommodations.

Unfortunately I can't be of much help - it's been 9 years since I've been to Leh, and I can't remember many of the details. But I do know that it is very easy to organize a jeep to take you around to the major sights and gompas on a day trip, and if booked when you arrive, it's very cheap.
Are you planning on flying up. It is a long journey from Manali - usually 2 days.
The road in to Ladakh from Manali is only just open in June and often has frequent closures due to snow and landslides, so expect delays. You can get cheap flights from Delhi to Leh. Leh has loads of accommodations for tourists of all budgets. Better to just get there and check a few out, they are all within walking distance of each other. There are also loads of travel agents who will arrange trekking trips and get you in a shared jeep. With only 3 days you dont have much time to go far into Ladakh, and if flying in you will require one day in Leh just to acclimatize, and even then be out of breath most of the time if you try to walk too fast.
