I always have a hard time finding a reliable website to see what a hotel is really like to be at. The photos you see online are almost always staged and look way better than what they do in real life. What website can you reccomend to get the best scoop on a hotel or resort?

No intentions to drop a link. Just curious to see if there are any other sites and/or apps out there other than the big names like tripadvisor or yelp that someone can recommend. The travel world is growing faster than ever with this generation and there are too many sites and apps to keep track of. I am well aware of the spamming rules on forums and do not intend to break them.
I think you can get enough information about hotels when you are traveling from this forum. Or you can just search in Google. I hope you will find what you are looking for.
