1) New Orleans
2) Memphis for Graceland and Jazz
3) Nashville for country music and the Hermitage
4) Montecello (near Charlottesville, Virginia)
5) Williamsburg--site of original founders of the country
6) Washington, DC--nation's capital has lots of sites (White House, the Capitol, Bureau of printing and engraving, FBI building, and nearby is Mount Vernon)
7) Anapolis, Maryland
8} Baltimore--Fells Point, Little Italy, the aquarium, and the Inner Harbor area
9) Philadelphia or Atlantic City
