i m planning to go uk and paris and switzerland in coming december my agent told me to get uk visa first but unfotunately my uk visa application has refused can i got schengen visa or i should again apply for uk visa as they thought my papers r not sufficient which i wrote in my application my sister lives in uk can she sponcer me in uk after this refusal or in schengen visa
As with almost all Visa/Immigration questions on this forum you fail to give the single most important piece of information: Your nationality.
That said, yes you can apply for a Schengen Visa. It's a completely separate process than applying for a UK Visa.
However... if your UK Visa was refused then I can't imagine you having much luck with a Schengen Visa either. It's a very difficult Visa to acquire right now, your application paperwork must be very through and complete.

The "sponsored" portion is the least of what will help you.
The Application requires that you to prove that your flights and accommodation is paid for (invoice from a Travel Agent) plus proof of funds and paperwork that shows strong ties to your home country (business, home, family, etc.) that demonstrates that you will be returning home and not staying illegally.
The paperwork must be very detailed and complete. You must convince the Immigration official that you will return home.

In previous application I provide all my papers but they refused it so now I plan that my sister who lives in UK sponcer all my europ trip and fund my all europ trip on her behalf anf v provide them all my tickets n hotel booking confirmation anf return ticket is it work
Like I said, they don't care much about sponsorship these days. That doesn't ensure that you'll return home as promised.

Dhuld I attach recent handicap certificate of my daughter of 23yr old and my sons studing in medical 3rd year student this is my liabilty
Just follow the Application and answer every single question with lots of documentation back-up.
