Most applications are processed within a day, but it's not at all unusual for individual applications to take up to two weeks. I strongly suspect they do some random sampling of applications to be looked at slightly more in depth by a human. I wouldn't worry at all before those two weeks are up.
I think I saw in another thread that you were planning on going in March 2016, right? That means that even if after those two weeks there turns out to be reason to worry, you have oodles of time still to clear up any potential confusion which might result from her giving an unlikely erroneous answer to one of the few questions which actually matter. Australian immigration isn't difficult at all, so it'll all work out just fine!
