Jaipur is an amazing place to visit. Known as the Pink city. Lots of people flock to Jaipur to view the various forts and monuments in Jaipur which reflect its glorious past. Its going to be very hot weatherwise so shorts are a good idea. Carry a lot of water and some sunscreen. Some of the world's best hotels are located here. you are bound to meet plenty of travelers there.

once u have landed airport, inside airport ask for prepaid taxi, where u have to pay the money by telling ur destination place. so taxi drivers cannot cheat foreigners...hotels many are there to stay, based on the money ur ready to spend. (search in google maps for hotels). please stay in A/C ROOMS as mercury is SO HIGH..... AS u said shorts and t shirts are the best dresses to wear. regarding hotels please browse net for more information.....
