Anyone recommend good budget accommodation in Bangkok.
Many years since I stayed , but is getting good reviews.
Have you checked the ? There's over 200 options listed there, sorted by popularity (based on real bookings that can be verified) I can't remember the name of the place I stayed at when I was there, but it was in some little alley off Ko San Road. I remember I could hardly move in the room, but it did the trick of a place to crash
I would recommend heading to Soi Rambuttri - there are plenty of budget options along there and on the streets around it. I stayed at Bella Bella and My House, both of which were fine. It's also a good area for cheap eats and secondhand books.

The emphasis is on low cost.
Air conditioning, for example, is not necessary.
If the current situation is resolved, I may go there. If it is not resolved, I will not.
Guest houses along Kaosan is not bad. 400 for an ac bed is a good price.
