Yes, it's possible.
On the 28th, you could get to Tupiza or Uyuni in Bolivia. On the 29th reach La Paz, on the 30th reach Cuzco and on the 31st or 1st of May reach Lima.
Also, you could see if there is a bus (3 weekly) to San Pedro de Atacama. From San Pedro it's about 15 hours or so to the border with Peru and another 24 or so to Lima.
The route through Chile might be better regarding roads, state of the buses etc.
