Anyone recommend good budget accommodation in Phnom Penh.
I can recommend several that I have stayed at. & Restaurant has rooms from $3 to 18. Too noisy for me anymore, but OK food at cheap price, tours to all sights in Cam. Buses to all Cam. cities plus BKK and HCMC. I now stay at on Street 115. Rooms from $8-14. You might try out by Boeng Kak Lake, rooms $ $3-8. Many others close by if you don't like Grand View.
