I'll be happy to order some suggestions if you tell me what your daily budget is going to be looking like. I don't want to offer luxury ideas if you are on a backpacker's budget or vice versa. But I'm happy to offer you plenty of thoughts on Thaland/Oz/NZ and the US. The others aren't places I have a lot to comment on. But having travelled time and time again with age different people I can give you some solid ideas.
Also how adventurous or mainstream do you want to be? I don't want to suggest things out of your comfort zone although plenty are real experiences.
