France where to go?

Hi Y'all again,

South coast of France! Mountains and sea!
Everyone love these places!

Go to Angelina (short walk from the Louvre on the Rue di Rivoli) and order a classic hot chocolate. It will change your life I promise

Mont St. Michael in St. Malo France and around the chateau region.
Normandy
Giverny (Monet's home)

In August all the French will be in the south of France and rooms will be full and everything will be so expensive.

So start from the north and work your way south. Weather is very variable but I'd say head down the west side of France where there is lots of good countryside and small towns (I live in Normandy), as well as big towns, beaches, ports and so on.

Buy an atlas of France with good road maps, and remember many places including fuel stations shut by 7pm and on Sundays (and Mondays where I live). 24 hour pumps work using a FRENCH debit card, and food, fuel and everything else is cheaper off of the motorway.

Most towns have a tourist bureau and they can tell you what is worth seeing locally and in the area, and are very helpful, speaking some English.

south of france is beautiful, I have been region cote de azur france twice and it is special, hot weather, great beaches, locals friendly, great supermarkets and the lifestyle in general. Also the dourdoine is beautiful but that is completely different, nevertheless do enjoy.
