Changeover place inside the airport

Hi guys, i would be on a short trip to British Columbia, would be landind at the vancouver airport very ealry with my connecting flight from london. Would like to ,know a place inside the airport were i can take a shower and change before heading into the city. Please advise.

Thanks for you replies and i guess this place which u have suggested looks great... will try and take use of this facility.

I wonder if they offer a massage facility aswell, if at all i may go for it aswel after a long flight.

I saw this at sleepinginairports.net:
