Hi everyone, I'm travelling to Oz in December 2011. I'm looking for any information really mainly regarding flights and what is the cheapest option? Also if anyone else in travelling then!

Ill be 19 and I'm travelling on my own too! But for a period of time I will be staying with family over there. I'm going with a company called work travel company to get started. Sta travel? I've never heard of them ill have to look. What are ur plans whilst ur out there? X x
Hey im 21 where are you from anyway?... Oohh very good thats not too bad im so nervous but always wanted to do it but my mates dont have the money or at uni awk my sister been out there the past 2 years and is there for another 4years, so she is planning on getting me a job but you can only work for the one employer for 6months then ill have to move on! Hopefully i meet new people to move on with lol :D Where are you planning on going too? xx
I'm from south yorkshire i know me too I think if i dont do it this year I will never do it! so excited and nervous, I'm quite adventerous though so I think I'll be fine :D I'm same my friends have all get there own lives now and wouldnt be able to afford to come with me. Yeah thats what I'm going to do! Ive got some family members over there that are going to help me find work. I'm starting off in Sydney hopefully going with a company called worktravelcompany. Its quite expensive but theyre so supportive and they sort out all the hassle for you like getting a tax code and bank account and everything! they also put you up for a week when you get there with other people and social activities like scuba diving and surfing. So hopefully meet people there and bum along with then until people decide to go there seperate ways where I will then go to Brisbane to be with family on my own. I dont know what to do about luggage!! Cheapest flights I have found up to now are with Malaysya airlines x x

I havent heard of that company I'll have to have a look. I'm just thinking if I book on my own randomly into a hostel i wont meet anybody! ha. Thats pretty much exactly the same as I'm planning. I went on STA and their cheapest flight is with malaysia airlines so I think thats who I'm using where in South Yorkshire are you from?
