unless you find free accommodation, I don't think it is possible.
3 months is a long time. That is only 22 euros a day.
As Morro says that's barely over 20 EUR/day.
You're on the wrong continent for a budget that low.

a friend of mine travelled 850 km`s on the el camino road in spain. the trip lasted 4 weeks and he spend 350 euros, in 80% of the jurney he sleep in tent and the rest in shalters. in the shalters the tax was donatory. you pay onley if you want, but he payed 5 euros each time
so.... i think it`s possible :P
The Oper's question was regarding living in a city.
Big difference between that and camping.

I think its possible only if you have free accommodation, cooking your own food and having a beer per night...there are websites for exchanging hospitality...choose the best person to host you and good luck...

yeah but if you find 200 euros per month appartment (hotel) + 120 euros for food per month (you have your own rice cooker and you just eat rice and can fish) +
460 euros round trip flight + 100 euros taxi to go and to come back

Actually the flight cost too much unless taking train and ferry, maybe.

Maybe you can do it but its hardly living. You cant even enjoy yourself. go to a bar or anything. Eating rice every day? Can fish. PUKE. Youll need money just for a doctors bill at the end of 3 weeks.
If you cant enjoy ur self why do it?
