You can stay in Phu Quoc around 2-3 days. It's easy to explore the island with motorbikes, so you can ride only 30 minutes to 1 hours from one side to the other side. By the way, if you want to enjoy more, you can spend some more days over there. You can get there by Phu Quoc ferry in Rach Gia. Drop me a message if anything else I could help.
