I'd also recommend the Chapultepec Castle in Mexico City. Have fun there in the Zona Rosa at night. Guadalajara has an extremely picturesque central downtown square--as also does Guanajuato. Oaxaca is famous for its many farmers markets and is known as the city to visit for culinary delights.
I haven't been to the other places on your list, so can't help you with them.
