Despite their other faults, Ryanair are known for being on time. For a small fee, you can book a reserved seat near the front exit so be among the first off.
US Customs and Border Protection is in Terminal 2, and you will be arriving at Terminal 1 so must take the walkway between terminals.
Expect to do a fair bit of walking to immigration, to T2, to USCBP and to plane, and some waiting. If there are no unexpected problems you should be OK.
