Hey guys,

I have done almost the exact trip. Id suggest skipping Zagreb. Not much there really and quite boring. But in order to go from Ljub to Split, Im pretty sure you need to go to Zagreb anyway for a connection.

You will have long train rides. The train from Zagreb to Split is quite nice and coastal too. But I dont remember an overnight option.

And you basically have a day in each place! Thats Crazy. But do able.

I took the bus (2.5 hours) from Mostar to Sarajevo and it was amazing views on the right hand side.

Sarajevo to Belgrade is a long haul and I think only 2 a day both in the morning. 7am and I think around 11. Thats the one I took.

Check Bahn.de for train times

Thanks Dude.

I appreciate the feedback, I got a full day and whatever is left on arrival day to see what i need to, should be Ok.

cool. if you need city advice or specifics - ask me.

Check out Plitvice National Park which is 1 hour away from Zagreb. You will love it
