Just wondering if anyone knew the best place to go scuba in late April. I was wanting to go see some whale sharks. I might be dreaming though...

Im Charlotte. Ill be in Bangkok at the same time and thinking of going to some of the offshore islands before heading down to Singapore and then OZ.

I'm travelling alone so would be good to meet people and travel with them for a bit?
