Unfortunately the work situation is pretty bad globally, so the chances of getting work in other countries without specific qualifications/skills are pretty low.
Really the best options are Working Holiday Visas for either Australia, New Zealand, USA or Canada. You can find out about these by visiting the induvidual country immigration websites.

Try to send an email to Colosseum Team (they are a pub crawl organisation in Rome). I know its not a great job in terms of cash and stuff but its easy, 7 days a week and it also allows for a day job. Or you could do a part time just on weekends or something. Hope it helps
