My husband got 2 Domestic Violence charges,in one instance he was giving community services,and was going to see a parole officer for long time.
When he apply for his waiver visa(internet) he answer not to the questions "have you ever being charged",now he needs to appy for another waiver visa.
What's can happen to him is he lies again??
Not sure, Ive never wanted to married to a violent lier.
