How I Hitchhiked 4000 KM across Australia

In 10 days I hitchhiked over 4000 Km. Through the outback of Australia. In comparison, this would be the equivalent of driving from Madrid all the way up to Moscow. My trip led me from Darwin, down south to Adelaide and east towards Griffith.

Danger can be being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I had two good holidays travelling around Mexico (petty theft aside) while others stayed safely on tours or in certain resorts. Near the end of my third trip, I had an old lady try and stab me. I pushed her away, she fell over and I had a mob attack me.

"... and they said over 30,000 people go missing in Australia ever year!..."

Hilarious...

Glad you had fun.

Cheers,
Terry
