The Greek side? Not really much there other than beaches and some history. Tours are available as are ferry trips to the mainland.
Aiya Napa is the main spot for nightlife. There are of course many other quieter spots.
I stayed in Paralimni which is a short drive away and quieter. Nice beaches and a fair collection of shops. On the upper road is some local restaurants. Or fast food and other eating places on the lower road by the beach.
A car is handy on the island for getting around. Aiya Napa if you stay there is easy to walk around.

A number of companies offer holidays there. I've found lowcostholidays quite good though you will need to book transfers yourself, or pick up a car at the airport.
A search engine with: airport shuttle cyprus will bring up some transfer companies. Book return.
