Hi there, I'm travelling to Tibet in September this year and the new Chinese legislation on tours to Tibet now requires 5 people of the same nationality to apply together in order to issue the permits. I am a single traveller and I'm in touch with good Tibetan guide. I need 3 more Polish citizens -I have a tour planned, but there's no need to join my tour if you don't want to. We only need to apply for permit together.
