No, you can't, at least not "working holiday visas". Those really last for a year from the date of first entry. See for example:
If you could cram in 3 months of specified work (harvest e.a.) next to the lifeguarding, you could qualify for a second year visa, but otherwise you'll be looking at one of the many 'real' , which can last much longer than a year, but also have a lot of hassle and requirements to actually get them.

Thanks for the quick reply, I was aware of the 3months specified work, I'll do for the last 3 months of my stay so I can come back!
Unfortunately they will not sponsor lifeguards as its seasonal
