Not sure what you're volunteering here... what makes London unique or interesting regarding health issues while travelling? It's pretty straightforward to walk into any clinic/hospital and plunk down your extended medial insurance card to get service, no?

Simply volunteering to help with any questions people may have. For example, for emergency care in London, the publicly funded NHS will serve you at no cost to you. However, in general the care and experience at a private clinic (where insurance would be used, or out of pocket expenses incurred) would be better. The Princess Grace Hospital has an Urgent Care center which is great for this type of thing.
Have you dealt with health issues while abroad? How was the experience?
I've had a few issues here and there but have never had a real problem yet (knock on wood) because I carry fairly heavy-duty extended health care coverage. It has gotten me out of a few scrapes.
I never worry in developed nations like the UK though... it has never occurred to me that it would be anything more than completely easy and straightforward...
