Hi , im a 22 year old female from Scotland. Im looking for someone to do a wee bit backpacking in Noth America with starting January 2013 for up to three months, there is no set itenarary at the moment im just looking to see who would be interested as i don't really like the idea travelling on my own due to safety issues etc. Im flexible regarding places to go and due to budget would prefer to just stay in hostels mostly. also does anybody know roughly how much money i would need ? Im hoping to find someone outgoing and up for having fun. Thanks

I'm doing a trip with a company called Trek America...as I was worried about safety etc as well I thought it would be better to do it through a company. Plus its a good way to meet people. Plus this is the first time I would have done any travelling so I thought this would ease me in well as I'm then going to Canada afterwards by myself!
Just a thought anyway as I'm also 22!
