If you hold 3 month tourist visa, you live in Bangladesh within 3 months, can not stay more. That is Regulation of all coutries in the world. In your situation, you want to volunteer for NGOs more than 3 months, so need NGOs visa. That is right. I hope you can get it from the project which you will take part.
