Driving - UK licence/insurance?

What uuuup!

I'll ask the company I will work for (Apollo Motorhomes) I can also rent a van with discount

Sweet as a nut! Gonna get my drive on!

Driving on your UK license is no problem (ignore anyone who says you need an international drivers' permit or local license; this is only needed if your license wasn't in English or if you'd be in Australia on a permanent visa).
If you're buying a car, there's of course a whole heap of things to sort out with insurance and registration (and selling on the car when you leave again). It tends to be worth it (significantly cheaper than renting) from about 2-3 months.

Thanks for the advise Sander. Kinda like the idea of havin my own Batmobile over there. If its cheap I don't really mind about the insurance and things like that got a bit of a margin for necessities and such. I'll have a look into it and see how my options pan out. Thanks

One minor point. They drive on the left there, and park on the left. When I parked on the right there some years ago as it was the only space available, a passing Aussie pointed out to me that I could get a ticket for doing so.

Well that was nice of them. I just park on the pavement and in people's back yards saves all the hassle.

No but thanks for the advice. All advice is accepted gracefully and appreciated greatly. Much love!

That's great help thanks dude. Definitely gettin me a motor vEE-Hickle! So I can boz about and run folk over for fun like in GTA
