First you need to tell us how long is your sister's plan to be in Malaysia. Also, what's the budget since you can find accommodation from a 5 star hotel to a backpacker's hostel.

My sister with the 3 other friends of her are going to stay there for 5 days. The budget is about 104RM for one night for all of them. Guesthouse or backpacker's hotel recommendation that have nice environment and nice people will be great, actually
She told me that she merely will choose Bukit Bintang as the location of the guesthouse.
And may I know, what do people in Malaysia use for travelling around? A bus, maybe?
104 RM for one night for 4 ppl is less, I paid RM 80 for one night in a backpackers hostel. But you may find something in Bukit Bintang if booked in advance.
5 days are more than enough for KL, they may visit neighboring places such as Genting highland, Fraser's hill & Malacca.
