I'm actually looking at doing the same maybe beginning of June but have nothing booked yet. Would also like to meet people before I go as I'm a little nervous about doing the whole thing alone and also get some tips. Have you got the visa sorted?

I've got my visa n flight booked.. Just sorting out my accommodation know an I'm pretty much done just gotta keep saving! You booked anythin yet?

No nothing yet, I'm just finishing my degree should be done in May then want to leave pretty much straight away after that. Has it all been quiet straight forward with booking everything as I won't really have much time? I'm so unorganised!
Yeah everything is straight forward really.. Visa only takes a few minutes online and you get an email back in a few hours to say if its been granted.. Then its just booking your flight and hostels and getting your insurance an your sorted really. Just the case of saving for your spends and getting a backpack
