Good day! I just arrived from my us trip and I'm planning to tour and study at the same time in Vancouver. I heard Vancouver is a beautiful city that's why I want to experience living there even for a short period of time only. Any suggestion where I can apply for a short course study in baking or cooking or dance? Thanks in advance!

My dad lives in Vancouver, beautiful city for sure. Better in winter with the mild winters than the summer where you see clouds and not rain.
Vancouver's best season by FAR is their beautiful summers. Winters are mild, but dismal with constant rain.
