In passing, I am sure squat toilets are good to use but if I ever have to use one, I would get down & never be able to get up again. Why is there never anything to hold on to to help one stand up?

Thanks I will check out your link and that's what I'm concerned about nothing to hold on to on a moving train being hard to get back up again.
