I am looking for a travel companion for my 4,000 kilometers road trip crossing Brazil from northwest to southeast. I will leave Rio Branco, Acre, next to the borders from Bolivia and Peru, to Rio de Janeiro, driving my car (2002 Fiat Palio) in December 22nd 2010. My idea is to travel slowly, having some taste of some cities and attractions on the way: cuiabá, campo grande, chapada dos guimaraes (80 km out of the road, but worths a visit). My sister did the same trip one year ago, and I was informed that the road is in good shape. I am expecting to take 5 to 6 days on the way.
