hello,
my friend and i will be visiting macau next year.
since we booked for a limited time, i need your help regarding our itinerary:
we are arriving in macau friday night and departing sunday night.
the places we wanted to visit in macau are "the venetian" and the temples and churches...
we are also planning to visit shenzhen for one day shopping., is it possible? also how about the shenzhen visa?
also can you suggest a budget friendly and clean accomodation/guest houses in macau?...
we would really appreciated if you guys can help with our itinerary.
thanks so much in advance...
Hi gracemaan, I'm also unfamiliar with macau, but I can say something about Shenzhen.
Dongmen Pedestrian Street is the No.1 shopping center of Shenzhen. Other shopping zones like Nanshan, Renmin Nan and Shen Nan Zhong are also good choices. The Chinese and English Street located in Yantian District attracts lots of people, it's a tax-free street.
Most local people speak Mandarin or Cantonese, I think you'd better take a language tool with you, so that you can communicate with the local people. -snip- By the way, don't take too much cash with you, just avoiding the inconvenience.
Good luck!
