I'm kinda in the same dilemma, thinking of going in March and don't know where to start.. Sydney is ment to a great place to start traveling and meet new people so prob making a good choice startn there, I havent a clue either what to bring in a rucksack i'm hoping to get info off a friend who is in perth at the moment.
