Me and two friends will be traveling to Egypt next month and we need some tips! We are starting in Sinai with our end destination Alexandria, or time frame to get from Sinai to Alexandria is limited. Does anyone know how to travel between these cities without flying? Are their buses? Other public transport? Any input, tips, ideas would be great!

Where in Sinai will you be?
You can take a bus from Dahab or Sharm to Suez and change for the bus to Alex there.
Or take the bus to Cairo and then train to Alex (its faster than the bus and more comfortable).
Or you can fly with Egypt Air from Sharm to Alexandria El Nozha - 3 or 4 flights a day, every day.
Be warned - the bus is a long, sleepless nightmare and I would suggest you only do this if you have zero budget! Allow a full day and night to get there. It can be slightly shorter if the buses are still running from Taba along the top of Sinai but I don't think they have gone that way for a while.
