Hi All,
Please make sure you aren't just racing from place to place. Plan on having at least 5 days for each of the big cities like Rome, Madrid, Berlin, etc.
When coming from Vienna and going to Munich I can highly recommend a stop in Salzburg. If Busabout doesn't get you there you can visit Salzburg as a day trip from Munich.
Dresden (in between Berlin and Prague) might also be worth seeing, especially for an art freak.
