I visisted Copenhagen last year,was there only for 2 days,had been to Alumen Bar.In this bar you can select beer,with a mixture of British, Belgian and American beers.There is another pub called BrewPub Kobenhavn which is also good.

I have two good friends who live in and around Copenhagen, that i met travelling, and have just got baxck from visitng them for a few days. How long will you be over there for?
The way i found it; public transport is no problem to use, the Danes are well educated and speaking English isnt a problem for them so if in doubt - just ask! Although it is not the cheapest of places to visit, depending yupon where you are plnning on staying it could work out a lot better to cook for yourself. Having said that its well worth trying a danish speciality; a slice of bread (usually rye) with an assortment of toppings. I was treated to a 'shootingstar' - a fillet of fish, prawns, salad, caviar, creme fraise..... mmmmm
If you would like to know more im sure i could get details from them, for the most part i just followed and as such do not remember places name or the like.

Mike.89, my accomodation and flights are already paid for, so any money I take is for fun!! I'm visiting for 5 nights, so lots of time to explore. Have heard the people are friendly, which I hope you can confirm?
