I will be in SE Asia from May until around end August when I will head onto Oz. It ould be great to meet up....I am starting in North Thailand then into Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, South Thailand, Malaysia and Indonisia.
I'm been reading lots of info as my frist time travelling and will be doing it on my own. Planning on getting it booked over the next couple of weeks. It would be fab to meet up somwhere - when are you booking??

Would love to meet up! I don't really have set plans yet other than Thailand (6th-20th August) as I'm hoping to find a travel buddy before I book. We are planning to book the Thailand part at the beginning of March. If I've found a travel buddy by then I'm doing the 6 weeks travel, if not, then I'm just doing Thailand as I don't really fancy travelling by myself. Will definately keep you updated!

im 24, will be 25 whilst im away!! plan on going july aug on my own too.
i'd like to see as much as asia as possible thought about flying into singapore and working my way up to bangkok.
around thailand and across to hcmc in vietnam. heading up to hongkong and then possible onto sydney or just home!! not decided on the last bit yet.
nothing set in stone just been looking into possible routes. want to fit everything in possible!!
like you dont really want to do it alone so hoping to meet at least one person before i go!!!
i travelled to new zealand last year and ended up on a tour bus full of pensioners. just my luck!! still had an amazing time of course!!! i tend to see the positives in things ...... not many people can say they went sand boarding with potential nanas and grandads!! haha
so anyway ... slight tangeant ha :D

I have just booked flights over to Thailand for my first travelling experience and am currently flying solo so a little nervous about it all! I fly out on the 1st of July for 4 weeks and plan on doing the islands some of the mainland, trekking, beaches, sightseeing and a bit of partying and relaxing too!
If you plan to be in Thailand over that period it would be great to meet up and share some adventures! I'm a 23 year old girl, who is up for gaining new experiences and having as much fun as possible!

Me and a friend are flying to Bangkok on 12th May.. we are going to do the Islands then head up north and go onto Vietnam, Loas, Cambodia, singapore, Bali and maybe the Phillipines... but are open to suggestions in that area!

24/m (i hope thats ok as your all women) i am heading to SE asia as of mid august beginning of sept, just wondered if anyone is going to be around at that time, i am looking to travel for around 6-10 months! i am looking to do japan, china, hongkong, thailand, malaysia and cambodia, though am up for changes. well a good starting point would be deciding where and when you want to go and if you are prepared to go alone? You will meet people, especially on here and will always meet people when you are out there but there might be some times when you are by yourself.
we are flying out on 12th may and travelling thailand, vietnam, loas, cambodia, and then going on to indonesia.

Your trip sounds amazing!!! i think we might be near the end of our trip by the time you come out though...or we will be in indonesia!!
