Kowloon/Hong Kong

Ange61, sorry I am new here. so it may just not be that helpful now.
in replying to your post :
taking 1-2 bottles of sup is no big deals you don't need any prescription to go with.

If you have a small container of Panadol - in the original container not a handful in a sandwich bag - you shouldn't have any real problems. I travel with meds all the time but they are always in the original containers - never any problems for past 12 years including a few stops and visits in Hong Kong! For prescription medicines make sure they are in the original containers that have the doctor's name, pharmacy name, your name and other identifying data. Normal stuff you usually get on prescription bottles in Western countries.

For the vitamins keep the size of the container limited to a smaller travel size. Keep any big containers in your checked in bag. If you have too much vitamins - where it looks like you are trafficking in them - you could have some additional questions.

You can also buy Panadol and vitamins in Kong Kong too!
