Done Cairns, Bit of Brisbane,Bit of Sydney and the Blue mountains where next ?
I know they say its not the same the second time round but to be honest we thought all of our trip was fantastic and would do it all over again.
But we need to see other places, any ideas ? going Dec and back Jan
You can easily spend a month in the Melbourne area and not have scratched the surface. The Dandenong mountains with little historic ex logging villages turned into trendy cafes and restaurants. Mornington Peninsula, not to mention all the great things to do in Melbourne.
Or head for Perth, Fremantle is great and further south to Margaret river, then north to Broome.
Yep, I highly recommend doing the south coast of WA, Perth around to Esperance. There's heaps of beautiful beaches, Margaret River and the Stirling Ranges. Got some pics in my gallery if you want to check them out.
The real Australia of course...or in other words: the OUTBACK!
Melbourne to Darwin for example. Cities and beaches are nice of course, but you'll find better countries for that.
Thanks for that guys, Tim you photos bring back memorys, mossman gorge, daintree ferry and three sisters, nice one mate.
Not sure about the outback as Im taking my daughter and granddaughter (8years old)with us but will take a camper van for 10 to 14 nights and travel a little. ill check out the west coast thanks for the info.
