Its possible to complete to complete all the above in a month, it may just be a little rushed, as there are so many places you may want to chill for a while,
Java,
You can travel overland by coach easily and probably see everything in a week, from Bromo its a short drive to a ferry linking Java and Bali, again lots of coaches and mini buses cross over to Bali.
Bali to Flores takes about 36 hours if you were to get a coach all the way, so dont worry about needing much time to get back.
It would probably be better to work from Bali to Flores, as more travellers head in that direction which we give you more chance of meeting up with people on route,
We are are currently relaxing on the Gili Islands before continuing in the same direction. About 10 years ago i took boat from Lombok to Flores which stopped at many snorkelling spots and Komodo island on route, which was a great experience.
