Hi, I don't know if you're already in Amsterdam as it said you've posted 16 hours ago (who knows maybe flight got delayed) but book on www.booking.com.
I've made a search for you and it has a couple options but mostly hostels for under 50 EU (for 60EU see below). Some are 30 EU a night. It's dormitories though, I don't know. I always use booking.com, have used it around 100 times now (I travel a lot) and you get really great deals, sometimes up to 90% off a room. That's bc they'll give you a room that may not have a great view or maybe there is a minor defect with it (never something major). The worst I've had was a bit of mould on the ceiling in the bathroom in a 4 star hotel but had this huge suite all to myself for the price of a cheap bed&breakfast.
You can book using a debit/credit card but they don't charge anything until you arrive and then you can pay by cash or card, some hotels do not require a reservation with a card.

I really hope this helps, and that you're not out on the streets. I've been there and I'm very glad for booking.com. I sometimes use apartment rentals site BUT they always ask expensive deposit etc that its a turn off if its just a short term stay, but if you're interested great.
