I've been looking at places to stay for carnival, dont want to go to any major city...i've heard olinda has a good one, but looking for somewhere maybe a bit on the smaller side that still has a good vibe and the street party thing going on.
Does anyone have any reccomendations? i was reading about paraty...anyone been there for carnival?
