I am planing for a trip in August from 15 to 20th to pune, mumbai and shirdi.
sumit - where are u from and what is that u expect from ur trip.. Mumbai is a metro city and has lots to do and see but also has a very buys life.. Shirdi is a pilgrimage and nothing more.. U can log into a good hotel in shirdi and stay for 2 days for relaxing and also do the darshan of Sai Baba. Pune as a city has nothing much to offer to tourist.

Shirdi - Sai Baba temple and good place to relax.
Pune - I am unaware of any tourist point..
