Basically my friend is holding a HKSAR passport (Hong Kong passport) and has been given a 6months on-stay visa with a single flight ticket. Recently, we have planned to go on a trip to France, Italy and will return to the U.K after the end of the Europe trip. I have heard from people that UKBA will only give away 6month visa once per year and other said that she must have a return flight ticket to Hong Kong before she is allowed to return to the U.K.
