I have booked to fly to Australia Feb 3rd, 2014. Originally was going to book Oz Intro, had mixed reviews so not too sure. If I can meet a few other like minded people who are going, may be better to plan/book everything once I get there, instead of paying to do the week with Oz Intro.
I have booked flexible tickets, so I will be flying to LA at some point within that year, all depending on how long I want to be in Oz for!
Hey, I'm planning a trip late jan- early feb 2014. I live close to London and thinking about going to Melbourne first then just see where it takes me. have looked at a tour from sydney up to darwin and back to Melbourne which looks awesome for 3 weeks. Still got a lot more planning to do and saving! Haven't booked anything yet waiting until August. I also looked at oz intro and mixed about the reviews.
Hiya, I arrive in Sydney first, so I was thinking i'll probably want to be there for a week/2weeks then maybe book a coach tour as I'd like to go back to Perth, Melbourne etc. But i'm going to book all of that once I arrive in Sydney, incase I change my mind when i'm there. Would you be looking to work/rent a place in Australia too, or just travel round?
I'd love to travel around for a couple of weeks/months to see most places etc but it would be great to work somewhere and rent a place if I really like it. I think it's hard to know exactly what I'm going to do before hand but am going to try and plan first couple of weeks there and see where it takes me
Hi, I'm planning a trip to Australia in February too...I'm from Italy, still have to book a flight, but I think I will start with booking the first week with ozintro in Sidney...just because I'm travelling alone so to meet new people there my idea is to spend there about two months travelling around,visiting different places and then who knows,probably working a bit too...

I'm coming to Sydney on my own around the 17th February and would like to spend a week there, I was considering doing an intro tour but as I'm not planning on working in Oz I wasn't too sure. I plan to fly to Brisbane and make my way up to Cairns and spend a total of 4-6 weeks. I want to stop off somewhere for a few days on the way to Sydney and maybe on the way back home
I understand you will have arrived in Australia at the beginning of February so might not work out to meet up.

I'm flying to Sydney on my own from London on the 9th Feb, so we'll be there around the same time. I literally have booked nothing apart from the flights as I just think you don't know who you're going to meet and what they're going to be doing too!
I'm going to be making my way up the East coast to Cairns, then fly to Melbourne from there on the 9th April. Will be in Oz for 3 months, then on to NZ, Fiji and SE Asia.
Have you just booked your one flight so far?

I've just booked my flight, leave here on the 23rd Jan and arrive in Sydney. Not sure whether i'm going to stay in Sydney for a bit or travel around straight away. Would be good to meet up with anyone there at the same time

I am wanting to travel to the Oz, as i have got a bit fed up with the UK. I currently live in Cornwall, am only 18...but i want to go out there and explore, i want to go to Australia sooo badly, it hurts to think that i wouldn't go! Is anybody up for going with me? I don't want to go by myself, but with a few guys/girls or whoever...however, i don't know how long i am planning on staying...maybe a few months, maybe a few years...would have to see around the time.
